Job Description:
1.Develop and maintain good customer/ prospect records and customer relations
2.Develop new accounts/ customers through prospect calls and identification of new sales prospects and applications
3. Development of a comprehensive strategy to enhance incremental sales
4.Compliance with sales management process
5.Compliance with the Time and Territory System based on customer product platform model
6.Extensive job site demonstration of our products including technical supports
7.Responsible for 100% collection of territory A/R
8.Maintain and develop on-site customer relationships to create Hilti fans
Skills Required:
* Excellent time management and coordination skills
* Excellent customer care attitude
* Team player
* Ability to convince, drive, challenge and sell -Good verbal and communication skills
-Outgoing and proactive
* Willing to travel on a regular and frequent basis
* Command over MS-Office Educational Requirements
* MBA/BBA with specialization in Sales/ Marketing
* Engineering background or knowledge of construction equipment is a plus
