| We have been retained as a Consultant for Design Review & Site Supervision for Saudi Electricity Consolidated Company (SECCO) in Saudi Arabia & Dubai Electricity & Water Authority ( DEWA) in Dubai for implementation of 400/132/11 KV Substations . The company is having track record of 25 years in Consulting Services & also have manufacturing division for Panels . The nature of Job is to do the Detail Design for 132/11 KV Substations which comprises of Civil, Electrical, Protection, Mechanical & Architectural activities, Review of Design done by other Contracting companies. Site Construction supervision which comprises of monitoring Civil Works, QA/QC , Electrical work . Lastly Intalallation , Testing & Commissioning ( Witness) of Substation Equipments like Power Transformer, GIS , SWGR , Control & Protection Panels, HV/LV cabling, Mechanical works which comprises of witnessing of Installation, Testing & Commissioning of EOT crane, piping , HVAC, Fire Fighting system etc. For the above we have the opening for TESTING & COMMISSIONING Engineers in Saudi Arabia & Dubai. The engineers must be a Graduate Engineer with minimum work experience of 5- 10 years & good command on English, know how of Arabic language will be considered as an additional advantage. Engineers with Design Expereine can apply of post of Design Engineer . |

| Job Description/ Responsibilities | 1.Electrical – Protection Engineer: - Must have good work experience in checking the Protection Schemes for 400/132 KV System, Witnessing the Testing & Commissioning of Relays mainly the Numerical Relays – AREVA, SIEMENS, ABB, Testing of CTs, VTs, Control & Protections panels- Components & Schemes. Must be competent with operation & application of Testing Equipments like Omicron, Freja, Severker, CPC 100 etc. 2.Electrical – SWGR Engineer :- Must have good work experience in witnessing Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 132 KV GIS ( All testing works in GIS including Interlocks , Cehcking of SF6 Gas) 13.8KV SWR, Auxillary Panels, UPS, DC System, Earthing etc. Engineers with previous experience in Testing & Commissioning of GIS (JAEPS, SIEMENS, AREVA) are preferred. 3.Electrical – Transformer Engineer: - Must have good work experience in Witnessing Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 400/132 KV 30/50 MVA Pwoer Transformer, Shunt Reactor, and Aux Transformer etc. Must have working experience in performing all Routines site tests on transformers. 4.Electrical – Cable Engineer: - Must have good work experience in Witnessing Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 132kv, 11 KV XLPE Cables .Knowledge in OPGW will be considered as an additional advantage. |

| Profile | Engineers must be Graduate Engineer with 5-7 years or with Diploma Certificats with 5- 10 Years of Working Experience in Testing & Commissioning of Protection System - 400/132/11 KV OR Transformer - 400/132/11 KV - 50MVA OR 132 KV GIS ( GAS INSULATED SWGR). OR 132/11 KV Cables. Engineers must have the Leaderhsip , Team Building attitude . Engineers msut be fully conversant with the application of Softwares for Communicating with Relays & must have good Knowledge in IEC/BS standards. All above positions are for Jobs in DUBAI .
