Job Description/ Responsibilities | 1. Basic Function and Scope: As a member of the Performance and Reliability Team, provides and maintains data in Maximo to support Field Operations, Maintenance and Integrity functions. Provides expertise in Maximo CMMS Planned Maintenance and Plant Register. Provide first line onshore support for the planning, execution and re-prioritizing of the maintenance strategy implementation of planned and corrective maintenance. Works closely with the Master Data Coordinator, Maximo Business Analyst and the offshore maintenance teams. Adheres to and supports the policies, goals, efforts, and programs of client’s Health, Safety and Environmental management system. Ensure HSE issues are given primary consideration in all activities undertaken within area of responsibility. 2. Tasks and Duties: a. Technical support to operations personnel for planned and corrective maintenance of mechanical and rotating systems and equipment. b. Mechanical engineering input to minor project work. c. Ensure legislation, company policy, procedures and Safety Management System is included in all Maximo work undertaken. d. Provides input to the development of the MAXIMO maintenance management system and all related documentation including planned maintenance routines, risk assessments, isolation procedures and business processes. e. Development and implementation of the condition based, non-intrusive maintenance strategy. f. Based upon analysis of condition monitoring data and compilation of recommendations and reports, creates or reschedules Maximo PM’s and Job Plans. g. Creation and modification of Job Plans and PMR’s for Maximo. Links procedure documents held outside of Maximo to job plan operations. h. Custodian of Maximo PM/Asset Register Module, Mentors and provides day to day guidance to the Master Data and Document management Coordinator. i. Mentors and provides support to offshore and onshore Maximo users in use of the Asset Register and Planned Maintenance system, both informally and through structured visits. j. Custodian of the MCR process, MCRs are originated by both offshore and onshore and typically involve the creation/amendment to the PMR’s, PM’s and Job Plans. Ensure that updates to Maintenance system are handled consistently; MCRs are processed in an appropriate and timely manner by maintaining good communication. k. Participate with respect to Work Order compliance analysis. Work order compliance analysis is performed on a monthly basis against the datum of clear Targets for Safety Critical and Production Critical PPM Work orders. l. SPOC for Offshore/Onshore PM activities. m. Assists in monitoring and analysis of any additional Maintenance management system/KPI, when required. n. Implements, integrates and reviews planned maintenance program in order to meet statutory requirements, and Operations, Maintenance and Integrity performance Teams requirements and expectations. o. Custodian of SET Point data base. Responsible to manage/update as required. p. Reviews PPM Deferment requests. Take appropriate action for PPM Order impact and implements required changes. q. Provides the codes for creation of new Maintenance Planning Groups, New Work Centers, and GEC Classes/failure codes. r. Is familiar with the appropriate statutory legislation, Safety Case, COMAH Case and Safety Management Systems used to support the role. 3. Work Contacts: a. Reports to the Performance and Reliability Team Leader. Provides functional guidance to the Master Data Coordinator and Data Maintainer b. Works closely with the Maximo Business analysts, Senior CMMS Engineer, Projects/Facilities Engineers, Planning Personnel, and offshore Maintenance Teams 4. Independence of Operation: Works interdependently with peers, Maximo Analysts, Operations, Engineering and Finance staff. 5. Supervisory Responsibility: None 6. Physical Effort: Primarily office work but travels offshore from time to time so must maintain fitness required for swing rope evacuation. 7. Work Environment: Based in the main office with a few days a year spent offshore. 8. Minimum Requirements: a. Good understanding of the use and purpose for a Computerized Maintenance Management System. Experience and appreciation of the impact to the business and potential consequences. b. Knowledgeable with MS-Excel spreadsheets and MS-Access database. c. Technical background in Maintenance and Operations – understands the nature and purpose of the plant equipment and spares, ability to interpret Piping and Instrument Diagrams. d. Mentor/Training skills, ability to function in a multi-cultural environment. e. Self directed and highly motivated . |
