Responsibilities     1. Preparation of Total cost estimation of tenders. 2. Attend job explanation meetings and site visits to further understand the project scope of work. 3. Develop man-hours involved to complete the job. 4. Prepare request for quotations of materials and sub-contract works. 5. Preparation of technical proposal (Manpower Histogram, Method Statement, material delivery schedules) for electrical items.
