Application of HEMP based tools and techniques, including leadership and support of HAZIDs;
Monitoring and disseminating industry expertise and best practice, e.g. through the facilitation of workshops and the provision of training;
Help manage the overall project HSE assessment process and provide specialist HSE services including input to the key deliverables such as the Design HSE Case and the demonstration that risk levels are As Low As Reasonably Practicable (ALARP);
Establish fit for purpose and cost-effective technical safety engineering solutions;
Be accountable for the quality of the deliverables both in terms of technical content, clarity and practicality of the recommendations and solutions offered.
