| Job Description/ Responsibilities | A focused Graduates development programme is being set up in EPT-S, Shell Technology India to provide a structured development programme for the new technical professional and experienced hires. In particular, the Programme facilitates a significant ongoing graduate intake by providing a structured training with the target of reaching a demonstrably more advanced competency level within two to 3 years after joining. The Development Coach with work closely with the Discipline Lead in setting up the programme and its operations and functioning in the broadest sense. You will be required to perform a number of important tasks, including the following: Develop a structured technical coaching program for the new intakes, including new matured hires; Provide active discipline coaching during the apply stage of the “learn and apply” cycles. This will involve hands-on assisting with basic concepts, tools, Processes, workflow and data management; Develop fit-for-purpose annual training program based on competency assessment and discipline health-checks; Provide support to on boarding of new staffs including design of fit-for-purpose training modules and lectures; Participate in recruitment activities with HR to ensure best people are recruited Ensure effective communication with all key stakeholders for discipline specifics matters; Work with the Discipline Lead to ensure all work is properly quality controlled by the appropriate technical authorities, the findings are documented and action items formally closed-out. |

| Profile | With a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or science discipline, you will have at least ten years' experience as a Production Technologist or similar, and recent experience with major operating units. You will need to be able to demonstrate coaching and training experience on the discipline basics; You will need to have a good understanding of the Field Development workflows and demonstrate excellent hands-on experience with Production Engineering toolbox (tools, software and procedures); You will need to demonstrate to be able to work in cross-disciplines project environment; Authorisation to work in India is required for this position; A remuneration package based on the conditions in the country of employment will be offered for this position. |
