| Job Description/ Responsibilities | Principal Responsibilities. Responsible for the interface between Operations and Project Developments. Will provide Operations input into conceptual, FEED, detailed design, construction and commissioning activities, including provision and specification of handover materials and documentation. Develop and deliver Operating Procedures for all new or refurbished plant and equipment along with planned maintenance routines and spare parts listings. Main Duties. • Be the focal point and key liaison between Operations and Project Development Groups where new developments or platform modifications will impact on offshore operations. • Will be part of the development and engineering teams to ensure operations and maintenance requirements are met and understood by conceptual engineering and FEED groups. • Provide Operational and Maintenance information to engineers to enable informed decision making and engineering solutions to be developed. • Advise on the appropriate level of project documentation required during project handover and co-ordinate the Operational readiness audits to ensure a complete handover. • Ensure all project changes are understood and the relevant information is being delivered to operations regarding new, or changes to Planned Maintenance Routines, spare parts requirements, updated P&ID’s, Operating Procedures and emergency response procedures. • Manage special projects within the Operations department. • Ensure all Operational procedures are regularly reviewed and updated. • Be the main interface with all other company departments, including drilling, well services, facilities engineering, reservoir and development. • Develop and manage operations and maintenance improvement plans and strategies. • Co-ordinate all Operations CAPEX projects with the relevant implementation groups. • Manage all vendor and OEM groups providing specialist assistance to operations and maintenance. • Participate in operations emergency response duties. Additional Duties. • Regular offshore visits for information gathering and communication exercises with the offshore personnel • Participate in regular Management meetings and forums • Input into the 90 day planning process Interfaces. • Development Group • Reservoir • Well Services • Facilities Engineering • Asset Integrity Group • Offshore • HSSEQ Experience/Qualifications. Will be an experienced offshore Supervisor or OIM with an integrated production and/or maintenance background. Onshore Operations Support engineer. Degree Qualified or equivalent technical qualification. |
