Functions:
- Manage clients supporting their critical business issues.
- Build Sales Plans for assigned accounts.
- Develop strategy to help dealers achieve their business objectives.
- Build relationships with dealers through program implementation, key initiatives, development of training plans, pricing and sales support.
- Mobilize and integrate the company's dealer resources to create sales opportunities.
- Ensure that clients/dealers are mobilized on a local level to support customer projects.
- Meet and/or exceed dealer´s / customer’s expectations.
- Implement key corporate initiatives & programs.

- A graduate in a Business related degree.
- 6+ years experience in an International sales position with a proven sales record.
- International exposure and mindset ara a must.
- Proven track record negotiating at all levels with different cultures is essential.
- Excellent market knowledge.
- Broad exposure and understanding of corporate strategies.
- Self motivated, self directed & willing to accept responsibility for results.
- Ability to travel frequently.
