Qualifications in Food Science (or similar) Min 5 years experience in senior production management / supervisory role MUST HAVE MEAT PROCESSING INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE Excellent knowledge of manufacturing processes Excellent knowledge of HACCP, ISO standards Knowledge of production schedules and customer demands Experience with cost minimization, efficiencies and continuous improvement drives Excellent people management skills, team orientated Excellent problem solving and prioritizing ability Strong technical ability, Hygiene, Satefy standards and Quality awareness Strong personal initiative, Assertive and updated on all work issues Decisive & adaptable to situations & daily pressures Very determined & work focused Good project manager with excellent planning & preparation ability
