| Job Description/ Responsibilities |
Lead the production team to meet daily requirements in blown film extrusion machines Work with management in completing validation runs, cost controls, process improvements, statistical process control / audit logs and charts Ensure quality outcomes through the identification of operational improvement in their designated area to ensure maximum efficiency. |
| Candidate Requirement |

| Profile | Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Chemical or Plastic or related fields. Experience in the plastic industry 5-7 years. Demonstrate similar experience in a technical role in a continuous production line environment. Must have previous experience operating blown film extrusion machines. Preferably experience in WINDMOLLER & HOLSCHER (W&H ) machines or Rajoo machines. Possess the ability to train others. Must be able to read and write English. Excellent communication skills. Basic knowledge of computers- Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Email. Must have experience in plastic industry and operating blown film extrusion. |
