Daily Review of PRQ backlogs
Review of stock before placing a new PO
Setting delivery terms and payment schedule
Preparation and placement of PO's
Follow up till goods received Filling and responsible for LC's and I-forms
Prepare daily Purchase report
Generate reports from GP (ERP)
Reconcile data with GP
Make visit to the markets to explore new suppliers etc
