| Job Description/ Responsibilities | 1.Inspection activities performed at manufacturer’s works of all types of mechanical, electrical, electronic instrumentation and other equipment and materials that are purchased by KN. 2.Final inspection starting from pre-production meeting, identification and inspection of raw materials, inspection at all prescribed hold point stages, witnessing all tests, verification of all documentation and certificates and final inspection release note. 3.Expediting should start at the time of order placement, ensuring that final delivery of goods and documentation as per the order is achieved shortest possible time frame. 4. Expediting activity should be carried out with technical experts to enable them to work with the manufacturer to minimize the time frame from each manufacturing phase as much as physically and financially possible. 5.Expediting activity may apply to different stage of the order such as fabrication and assembly, rectification work, material deficit, failure on test or inspection, packing, shipment and submission of required shipping and other documents. 6.Prepares, Issues and maintain following reports 1. Shop Expediting Report 2. Routing Status Report 3. Alerts and Problem Notices 4. Delinquent item Report 5. Delivery Slippage Report 6. Equipment/Material Final Status Report |

| Profile | 1.The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in expediting and inspection activities. 2.The candidate should be expert in inspecting mechanical, electrical and other construction materials, by witnessing all tests, verification of all documentations and certificates…etc. 3.The candidate should have the experience and required skills to expedite the delivery of materials by following up with manufacturers, suppliers…etc. 4.The candidates should be willing to travel frequently. |
