Agent’s responsibilities:
- Agent shall look for raw materials suppliers who can supply waste metallic catalysts (containing Nickel, Copper, Zinc, Molybdenum, Vanadium, Tungsten) generated from petroleum refinery in petrochemical industry, oil refineries, chemical factories, food factories, fertilizer plants etc.
- Agent shall take reasonable steps to find out the reputation of the selling company.
- Agent shall represent our company in negotiations with the partners in Pakistan.

Payment (2 variants):
1 variant: We shall pay Agent a commission of 3 (three) percentage of the arranged deals in the Territory of Pakistan, in case such deals are arranged by the Agent.

2 variant: We shall pay Agent a fixed monthly salary. In addition we shall pay an office rent on condition that the Agent will work a full-time job.
