* Strong understanding of Software Testing Lifecycle & Testing methodologies.
* Ability to design and develop manual and automated tests.
* Develop test plans, positive / negative test scenarios, for test cases.
* Knowledge of bug categorization on several basis.
* Experience with bug tracking tool.
* Identify bug sources and introduce steps for their resolution.
* Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
** Education:-
* BCS/MCS with 2-4 years of software testing experience.
Skills Required:
Candidates will be preferred with:-
* Experience in Automated testing tools (HP-QTP or other)
* CSTE/ CSQA certification
