One of our successful and busy Partner brands in London is currently looking for an ambitious individual to join their team as a Recruitment Consultant, helping them to continue developing their presence in the architecture, design, engineering and construction recruitment sectors across international markets.
Working closely with the rest of Group businesses, this role provides an ideal opportunity to source, secure and deliver assignments at a local, national and international level. With our support and our market-leading consultant development framework firmly established, we are confident that success will come quickly for the right individual.
You must have at least 1 year’s demonstrable recruitment experience within a built environment or allied sector, alongside a clear understanding of the key issues impacting the sector and a desire to positively influence our client’s recruitment and retention strategies.
This role requires a range of key skills;
§ Exceptional verbal and written English skills, and a positive and professional communication manner;
§ Commercial acumen with strong sales, business development and marketing techniques focused on building relationships;
§ reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs;
§ head-hunting and creative sourcing techniques, including search;
§ preparing resumes and CV’s, reports, proposals and correspondence;
§ receiving and reviewing applications, checking references and suitability of applicants, arranging and managing interviews and short-listing for interview;
§ negotiating pay and salary rates, closing recruitment sales, managing job transition and finalizing mobilization;
§ management of advertising and marketing campaigns, both on-line and off-line;
