One of our successful and busy Partner brands in London is currently looking for an ambitious individual to join their team as a Resourcer, helping them continue developing their presence in the architecture, design, engineering and construction recruitment sectors across international markets.
Working closely with the rest of Group businesses, this role provides an ideal opportunity to engage in the delivery of recruitment assignments at a local, national and international level. Working with our established consultants, the role will cover all aspects of the recruitment process from qualifying candidates, writing adverts, identifying job opportunities to meeting and liaising with clients. It is a superb opportunity to learn about the recruitment life-cycle, developing your skills in preparation for a successful and challenging career in international recruitment.
You must have a graduate qualification, with good administration, IT and keyboard skills. This is a sales based role, and a background in sales or customer service would be an advantage. Experience in tele-sales is a distinct advantage.
You need to be driven by success, and possess a positive, proactive and confident manner. You must be professional and have a desire to provide the best service possible. Confident, strong English communication skills, both verbal and written are essential.
