Required technical recruiter with a solid background of success.
As a recruiter, you will be placing a variety of skills in IT, sourcing, interviewing, matching candidates with clients and ultimately making placements.
Skills Required:
* At least 1/ 2 years of experience in recruiting for USA and Canada.
* Excellent communication skills (accent is nice to have)
* Strong networking and sourcing skills
* Ability to achieve set goals and deadlines
* Personal attributes include strong work ethic, passion for what they are doing, detail oriented, and a sense of urgency
* Call Center Employees can also apply
* Prior recruitment experience in US will be plus.
* Working with US hours( 7pm to 4am)
* Should have own Transportation.
* Should have a valid NIC.
