Responsibilities:
1. Development of annual growth plan and strategy of Loyalty Program.
2. Monitoring and reporting of strategy implementation.
3. Develop and execute new interventions for Loyalty program customers.
4. Broaden Loyalty program portfolio.
5. Responsible for communications media coverage of Loyalty program in coordination with the media manger.
6. Undertake new collaborations with other products/organizations for the benefit of Loyalty Card members after complete market analysis.
7. Decide variable benefits for loyalty card members in consultation with Sales Department.
8. Responsible for customer loyalty surveys and reporting of customer needs to the higher management.

Skills Required:
Academic Masters in Marketing, MBA in Marketing.
Experience Minimum of 3 years experience in Marketing.
Trainings-skills Have launched Loyalty program and run it successfully for
2 years.
