Responsibilities:
1. Plan, develop and implement stock standards. Purchase policies and strategies for all materials and products to ensure smooth functioning of the division.
2. Preparation of Purchase plan and budget on quarterly or yearly basis and variance analysis on monthly basis.
3. Supervise and check stock position on the basis of present stock and organizational demand so that there is no under stock or over stock.
4. Obtain, check and finalize comparative statement based on collected price offers and obtain approval thereon in consultation with the concerned authority.
5. Monitor and continuous follow up with the suppliers for shipment of materials in due time.
6. Supervise direct purchase from the local market & total activities of import.
7. Verification of all vouchers and demands from all department To insure quality along with cost effectiveness and selection of vendors after negotiations.
8. Coordination with Inventory &store management.

Skills Required:
Academic Masters degree preferably in Business Administration or
Management.
Experience 5 years experience in purchase/procurement department with
Minimum 3 year in a managerial role.
