* Ensure that the visitors has been well treated and well-served
* Manage floor sale staff, ensure that they are performing their duties effectively
* Managing the inventory and stock in hand
* Can learn and gain knowledge about the product
* Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing
* Have knowledge of sales techniques in retail.
Skills Required:
* Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office : Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
* Can Make Computerized Sales Receipts / Bills using our POS system.
* Good decision making and problem solving skills.
* Ability to lead a team and assign tasks
