| Job Description/ Responsibilities | Our client a leading retail conglomerate in UAE is recruiting a Senior Store Manager for their new Furniture Show Room in the prime location of Dubai. We are looking for you to make a major contribution to the development of our Client’s Retail Show Room Your Primary responsibilities will include managing the entire show room staff about 80 Nos. and retail sales and inventory. You will develop the retail show room standardization, excellent customer services, display of furniture and accessories in the right place very attractively and deal with walk in customer and institutional major clients. The ideal candidate has a formal qualification of any degree from a recognized university with good computer knowledge and hand on experience . Should have some exposure to any ERP or a good inventory/back office package. Senior level retail experience, preferably in furniture/accessories of at least 5 years. Hands-on worker with good product/supplier awareness. Excellent in oral and written communication. Smart, pleasing personality. Result-oriented, go-getter. Should work with a team and should be able to train and motivate staff under him. will be expected to lead a team of 80 staff. Salary negotiable for the right candidate from Dhs. 10, 000 to 15, 000. The company offers, apart from good salary, annual increments, promotions based on merit and performance and an attractive incentive scheme. |
