* Have to manage all outgoing and incoming calls and keep record of all calls.
* Collect all incoming mails and distribute to concern departments.
Job Timings : 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.
Skills Required:
* Candidate should be confident and soft spoken with strong command over written and spoken communication skills.
* Know-how of operating Panasonic PABX Exchange will be a plus.
* Computer literate - knowledge of MS Office
* Should be well organized, professional and a team person.
