Job Description:

* Managing all general administration activities.
* Technically hands-on experience in maintenance of electric equipment, AC, UPS, PABX, generators, vehicles, furniture, and fixtures, purchasing, staff management.
* Keeping updates on licenses, certificates and other renewable documents of the organization.
* Responsible for all AMC, billing and maintenance related work.
* Booking tickets through the travel agents.
* Ensure proper scrutiny and processing of financial vouchers.
* Proper filing is maintained and updated in the MIS format for all concerns related to admin dept.
* Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Office.
* Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
* Pick up and deliver the mail.
* Open and date stamp all general correspondence.
* Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
* Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.
* Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies.
* Respond to public inquiries.
* Provide word-processing and secretarial support.
* Perform clerical duties in order to maintain administration.
* "Hands on" experience of repair and maintenance of office equipment.
* Greet, assist direct visitors.
* Assist the Executive Director and other staff as requested.
* Provide administrative services for the Executive Director.

Skills Required:

Must have at least Bachelors Degree.

Minimum 2-3 year's experience in a similar position.

The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas

Office administration
An understanding of relevant administrative tasks
Effective verbal and listening Skills
Excellent Communications skills
Computer skills including MS Word - MS Excel
Time management skills
Must be honest and trustworthy
Must be respectful
Must possess cultural awareness and sensitivity
Must be flexible
Must demonstrate sound work ethics
