Job Description:
- Management of Chairman / Director's calendar and scheduling of appointments
- Screening of incoming calls and correspondence and responding under guidance of Chairman
- Preparing memorandums, outlining and explaining administrative procedures
- Arranging programs, events, or conferences by arranging for facilities and caterer, issuing information or invitations
- preparing records such as agenda, notices, minutes, and resolutions for corporate meetings
- Acting as custodian of corporate documents and records
- Preparing and filing of corporate legal documents
- Preparing confidential correspondences, reports and other complex documents
- Creating and maintaining database and spreadsheet files
- Arranging complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, compiling documents for travel related meetings and accompanies the Chairman as when required
- facilitating communication among parties, and/or providing direction
