Facilitating Board Meetings, preparing board meeting papers and circulating the same to Board members. Also circulating minutes of the meetings within timeframes specified in regulations / corporate governance policy.’
* Ensuring procedures exist for timely submission of data / information / returns to regulators and other agencies.
* Coordinate and arrange appointments, events, meetings and provide logistic support to the president
* Ensure timely dispatch of documents and Correspondence
* Accurate business processing for communicating written correspondence and email
* Performing other duties as and when assigned by the president
* Effectively handling of telephone calls, forwarding of Messages and screening of calls for the president.
* Facilitating the Board Self-assessment process and best practices under Good Governance.
* Effectively manage internal and external Quires in absence of the President.
MBA/Masters Atleast.The candidate should possess strong communication, Secretarial and interpersonal skills.
5-6 years of Secretarial experience in a prestigious organization preferably bank
