| Job Description/ Responsibilities | Screens and reviews all incoming communications. Registers and files incoming documents. Takes message and inform other employees of visitor’s arrivals or cancellation of an appointment. Registers outgoing documents before dispatch. Receives applicants and other guests. Coordinates meeting of the executives. Maintains office supplies. Monitors and conducts the inventory of office supplies. Monitoring and assigning activities of all company drivers. In-charge of booking reservation for hotels and restaurants for executives meeting. |
