Job Description:

Proper Customer Handling and technical trouble shooting over the phone.Handling CRM and opening, updating, escalating, following-up on and closing Complaint Tickets. Pro actively stay up to date with the latest technologies concerning dissipate this knowledge to the other Service Desk Agents. Recognize and escalate difficult technical issues with the Field Engineers.Work with support and/or product development personnel to troubleshoot and workaround product issues. Create Knowledge Base Articles / Technical Notes.Daily, Monthly and Quarterly Reporting.Prioritize both time and projects, working independently.Listen, comprehend and communicate on the fly.
Skills Required
Excellent Communication and trouble shooting skills over the phone with at least 6 Months experience of Service Desk.
Technical experience with Computer Hardware/Software, including installation/ configuration in Microsoft Windows and IBM Lotus Domino environment.
Experience of working on MS Office.
Previous work experience on Intellisync would be a plus.
Highly self-motivated and independent.
Extensive experience in examining, investigating and solving dynamic problems with ability to think "out-of-the-box and develop creative solutions.
Well-organized with the ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.
Experience in CRM handling would be a plus.
Should be willing to work in shifts.
