Assistant Manager Regional Operations - Faisalabad
Overview Responsible to provide the all support to the regional team for achieving of regional business goals.
Reports To Regional Director Sales & Distribution;
Work Location Faisalabad
Experience Required Prior S&D experience
Key Responsibilities • To ensure effective implementation of company’s sales operation system and policies in the context of sales & distribution of Telenor products and services.
• To ensure that all the reporting is executed as per the assigned timeline and standard format.
• To ensure that all the information is communicated timely & effectively, to the relevant channel (across the region)
• Nurture relationship with staff by following through on commitments, respecting confidentiality, and demonstrating an interest in their work related issues and activities.
• To gather Market Intelligence information on regular basis.
• To ensure that the staff is trained on Product knowledge, Systems, Routines & Procedures and soft skills
• Preparation of annual training plan split into quarters and months & execution of training calendar.
• To guide the Postpaid Executive, System Support Executive to plan to understand the Postpaid sales & system issue & resolve it on time
• Responsible of making a detailed training manual in consultation with Training Supervisor / RD and CHQ
• To plan the postpaid sales forecast.
• To plan the execution of stock order on time & sufficient stock should be available in the market.
• System Support Training at Franchise channel
• Overall yearly system training plan for the Regional Staff & as well as franchise staff.
• To ensure the proper utilization of regional budgets.
• To plan market visits with Postpaid Executive, System Support Executive and Director S&D.
• Special Projects planning.
• To provide the technical support to the regional team on recharge/Postpaid sales & system support related issues.
• To ensure that company postpaid sales objective are met.
• To ensure that to provide the all system support to the franchises.
• Visit to the retail market and Franchises in citadel town.
• Ensure the collection and evaluation of sales data, and its timely updating.
• Coordination with engineering department, for the subscribers feed back
• To ensure timely submission of reports / Returns required by HO.
• To have a close watch on competitors activities and report them to Director S&D for the counter plans, as per the standard format
