BSS Optimization Specialist
Overview profile for this position entails generation of BSS KPIs. It involves a daily, weekly and monthly follow up on performance reports, swift identification of network degradation, steps towards resolution of any degradation and initiatives for network KPI auditing
Work Location Islamabad
Experience Required BSS Planning of 3 to 5 years
BSS Opreational of 3 to 5 years
Key Responsibilities Generation of daily/weekly statistical and QoS reports
Analysis of daily statistics and network KPI trends.
Identification and troubleshooting of KPI degradation
BSS network resource optimization.
BSS capacity and threshold handling
Solutions on cost saving and reutilization of resources.
Liaison with Quality Assurance.
Personal Attributes Should be able to handle heavy workload effectively and effeciently
should be able to contribute towards the rectification of problems and proper time management
should have a proactive approach towards identification & rectification of problem area network
