Job Description:

Trisektor is looking for a dynamic individual who can lead all the BD functions at the company. The candidate should have hands-on experience with all the tasks involved and should be able to build and guide a team of qualified professionals.
Skills Required
1. Should have Bachelors/ Masters Degree, in business administration respect from some renowned institution (having BE or any other IT degree, in addition to business Administration degree, would be an added plus).2. Should have 4+ years of experience in business development with some Telecom Company.3. Should have sound knowledge of current Telecom market.4. Should have proven ability to negotiate and deliver company wide projects and deliverables.5. Should be able to get new project leads from both, private and public sectors.6. Should be able to satisfy clients by answering their queries on time.7. Should be able to organize routine client meetings, in house presentations & seminars.8. Should be able to perform assigned tasks in defined budget and time.9. Should be able to lead and manage business development team.10. Should be able to analyze business plan and business requirements of the clients.11. Should be able to make and provide guidelines for creation of promotional material of the Company.12. Should have strong written and verbal communication skills.13. Should have good interpersonal skills.
