| Job Description/ Responsibilities | Managing the partners in the ME region that resell our Test and Measurement equipments. This includes: „X Establishing annual quota for all partners „X Setting sales strategy with the partner per each of the product lines in each of the countries under the partners responsibility „X Fine-tuned forecast reporting to management „X Coaching the partner on selling techniques and product positioning „X Providing prices to the partners within the authorized discount structure „X Engaging with partners in key customer visits and demos „X Being on top of key deals managed by partners „X Monitoring the partner performance in terms of target achievement, forecast and customer coverage „X Recruiting new partners in uncovered countries, or where partners are underperforming |

| Profile | „X Must-Have: o Minimum of B.Sc. Telecom. o Technical background and understanding o Telecom Selling background ¡V minimum 5 years of experience in the middle east region; preferably Test and Measurement background o Good established network of contacts to the operators and vendors in the region (e.g. Etisalat, NSN, ALU, MTC¡K.etc.) o Excellent command of English „X Nice-To-Have o Similar role exercised in the past, or, at least, people management experience o US, or European passport |
