An Munti National telecom solutions providing company is seeking to hire a Director Sales to be based in Islamabad. The prime responsibilities would include: Generating orders with major existing account as well as certain strategic new accounts and ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout sales cycle i.e. pre to post sales. Customer champion within the company, implements national sales programs by developing sales action plans.Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. The ideal candidate would be a Bachelors while possession of an MBA would be a plus. Should have 10 yr+ experience in the telecom, with recent experience being in a Senior customer facing role, Sales or Sales engineering. Key attributes include Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation skills, Self motivated, Strong Relationship skills, Coaching, Market Knowledge.
