Internal Corporate Communications Executive
Overview To assist Internal Corporate Communications to support Telenor Pakistan’s vision, values and corporate strategies by facilitating mutual understanding between employees and Management, and by helping to enhance knowledge sharing and awareness of successes within the company. The position will support the communications department in extending, evaluating and integrating organization-wide Internal Communication initiatives.
Reports To Assistant Manager Internal Corporate Communications;
Work Location Islamabad
Experience Required Degree:
1. Atleast Bachelor
Key Responsibilities
To take ownership of generic pages on the company portal and keep them updated
To assist in text and image editing for news articles / announcements that go on the front page of the portal
To assist in uploading contents to the homepage of the company portal
To assist the Internal Corporate Communications unit to plan, coordinate and support employee communication activities.
To provide operational support
To coordinate with internal partners
To conduct research and regional coordination for internal communication/events
To own and assist with event management related activities
To assist with administrative work, including billing and filing
Education/Professional Qualification 1 year of experience in similar capacity
Essential:
Demonstrable excellent written English skills
Demonstrable strong English editing skills
Strong IT skills (Word, Outlook)
Good oral communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to get work done
Desirable:
Good time management skills to meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of an image editing application such as Adobe Photoshop
Web content management skills
Analytical skills
Research skills
Self-motivated
Some experience in research and corporate sector
