Understanding of technical / engineering based organizations and products, Fluency in spoken and written English is essential COST CONTROLLER: INTERNAL AUDIT AND EXPENSE: (LAHORE / ISLAMABAD) MASTERS DEGREE 3+ years experience in relevant field, Candidate should have strong analytical skills to identify, analyze and improve cost and expense processes Cost Controller wilt check and enforce process compliance. The successful candidate will be a self-starter capable of setting and achieving their own objectives- ACCOUNTS OFFICER: (LAHORE) M.COM / MBA FINANCE 2-3 years experience in finance having strong accounting and numerical skills. Basic knowledge of sales tax and income tax laws. Hand full experience of ERP systems and spread sheets. SITE BUILD ENGINEER: (LAHORE / ISLAMABAD) B.SC CIVIL ENGINEERING 6+ years experience in construction management. Experience of working with and through sub-contractors is essential. This role will involve regular customer interface. Strong reporting and computing skills required* The Build Engineer will have outstanding leadership/ organizational qualities as they will manage a multifunctional build team. SITE BUILD SUPERVISOR: (LAHORE / ISLAMABAD) DAE CIVIL ENGINEERING 3+ years field experience within the construction industry. Most of the Supervisor's time is spent on site therefore they must be capable of making on the spot decisions. Please note: AlanDick. has an excellent training program, we will consider outstanding fresh graduates. RIGGER: (LAHORE / ISLAMABAD) METRIC / F.A 2+ years experience of tower rigging. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in the telecommunication industry. The ability to read tower construction drawings is a must. ELECTRICAL: (LAHORE / ISLAMABAD) DAE ELECTRICAL 2+ years experience of electrical wiring and grounding. Knowledge of generators and commercial power Installation and commissioning is necessary. QUANTITY SURVEYOR: (LAHORE) DAE OR HIGHER IN CIVIL ENGINEERING 5+ years experience of quantity surveying, Knowledge of the construction industry is desirable as the role requires verification of quantities from planned and as-built drawings. Should be a team player and be wiling to work to strict deadlines. QUALITY CONTROL ENGINEER: (LAHORE / ISLAMABAD) B.SC. CIVIL, MECHANICAL OR ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING 3+ years experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control Candidate should have a thorough working knowledge of ISO 9001:2000. The Quality Control Engineer must be a meticulous individual for who second-rate is never an option, SITE DESIGN SUPERVISOR: (LAHORE / ISLAMABAD) DAE CIVIL ENGINEERING + DIPLOMA IN AUTOCAD 3+ years experience in professional engineering environment. This position is responsible for site design and layout. This individual will draft construction drawings for Approval and handover to AlanDick's construction teams. CAD OPERATOR: (LAHORE / ISLAMABAD) DAE + DIPLOMA IN AUTOCAD 3+ years experience in professional engineering environment within telecom sector and/or construction. Candidate must be able to respond to fight deadlines. SITE ACQUISITION OFFICER: (LAHORE / ISLAMABAD) BACHELORS DEGREE 3+ years experience in property acquisition and obtaining NOCs from TMA and other agencies. Ideal candidate should have comprehensive knowledge of legal procedures and implications. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. QUALITY MANAGER: (LAHORE) MASTERS IN QUALITY MANAGEMENT 5+ years experience in Quality Management preferably in telecommunications and/or construction industry. The candidate should posses excellent knowledge of ISO quality standards and common Quality Control techniques used in the industry. The role will perform Internal and External Quality audits to check compliance with international standards and regulatory requirements. The candidate will have strong presentation and interpersonal skills to promote Quality Management Systems within the organization. ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT: (ISLAMABAD) BACHELORS DEGREE 1-2 years experience in office administration and tasks related to facilities management. Assist office administrator in day-today activities. RECEPTIONIST (LAHORE) BACHELORS DEGREE The successful individual will have a polite and friendly manner and at least two years experience in a similar role dealing with customers. English language skills are a must. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office is a bonus. I.T. ASSISTANT: (LAHORE) BCS 2 years of experience in similar field. In-depth knowledge of Local Area Networks.
