A) Database Administrator (Oracle):

Qualification: BS/MS with 4 years experience OCP (DBA track).

Experience: 3-4 years.

Skills: Hand’s on experience with Oracle 10g Database on Linux , Solaris and Windows platform. Oracle installation and administration on all platforms (Linux, Solaris, Windows). Hands on experience with Oracle Data guard, RAC and RMAN. Good understanding of Oracle backups and performance tuning. Including AWR, STATSPACK and query optimization. Shell and PL/SQL scripting knowledge for backups and scheduling routine tasks. Responsible for OS installation & system configuration Management of code repository servers SVN (Linux), VSS (windows).

B) Database Developer (Oracle):

Qualification: BS/MS with 4 years experience OCP (developer track)

Experience: 3-4 years.

Skills: Expert of Database design. Must have understanding of Database modeling tools e.g. ERWin, ERStudio. Expert in SQL query writing, complex stored procedure, function and triggers. Design (normalization etc), develop, improve and maintain (backups, architecture planning) of DBs for enterprise product deployments Good understanding of Oracle 10g RDBMS to work with DBA.
