| Job Description/ Responsibilities |
We are seeking to recruit a Manager - Customer Service Team. This role
will manage the Customer Service Center which processes sales orders
and liaises with customers for inquiries and resolution of issues. The
job will also involve. • Planning and managing the operations of the team; • Defining and meeting performance targets for efficiency of operations of the team. • Using statistics and metrics to assess and enhance the performance levels of the team. |
| Candidate Requirement |
| Profile | •
5-8 managerial or operations experience in a reputed BPO or call center
with experience of handling a team of at least 25 people. • Experience of setting KPIs, monitoring them and using KPIs to drive performance • Excellent people management skills, customer focus and communication skills. |
