Job Description/
Responsibilities     - Monitor and analyze the WCDMA radio Network statistics on daily basis. - Achieve and maintain the radio network performance as per the contracted KPIs. - Troubleshoot for problematic cells and perform traces using Ericsson OSS tools (GPEH, UTER, Etc …) - Analyze drive test log files and give recommendations. - Perform RF network tuning and enhance the soft and IRAT handover performance - Perform Parameter and physical changes if needed to enhance the radio network performance. - Respond and follow-up to the end users complains. - Continuous analyzing traffic, utilization and subscriber growth in order to foresee capacity expansion. - Control of traffic dependent parameters. - PS and HSDPA performance improvement (Accessibility, Retainabilty and throughput). - Perform periodic parameter consistency check in order to maintain the parameter settings.
 
Candidate Requirement
    
Profile     - WCDMA Radio Knowledge (Radio Propagation, Air Interface and Protocol, Cellular NW principle, Interference, Traffic estimation). - WCDMA Customer Orient Service/Project experience (more than 2 years). - HSDPA experience (more than 1 year). - Strong Ericsson experience in tuning and optimization of WCDMA networks with very good understanding of features and parameters (P5 or P4) - Strong experience in optimization tools (TEMS investigation, scanner, MapInfo). - Strong understanding of the counters in WCDMA and how these counters can be used to analyze and optimize the Radio functionality. - Good Knowledge in OSS RC3 tools. - Good Knowledge of all Network elements and their main characteristics. - Familiarity with Ericsson tools (MCOM, Nexplorer, Business object, MOshell) - Ability to transfer Knowledge and competence.
