Segment Planning and Development Executive
Overview Planning and development for Post-paid Segment offering
including development of product road map and execution of marketing
plan.
Reports To Segment Manager Corporate;
Work Location Islamabad
Experience Required 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience
Key Responsibilities - Work on commercial development of current and
future products, services and processes on the postpaid roadmap
- Responsible for developing, implementing all elements of marketing
mix of products assigned
- Responsible for product wise results (GA, ARPU,churn etc)
- Push for and be responsible for coordinating implementation of
optimal and efficient processes for the respective products across
different departments
- Monitor product life cycle and propose refinement (pricing, customer
support, channel etc)
- Conduct competitive analysis of products (SWOT) & propose necessary
measures to increase sales, ARPU & decrease churn
- Plan and propose promotions to achieve positive impacts on segment
KPIs
- Develop and maintain segment business plan
- Participate in operational development of portfolio and offering.
- Monitor and report segment performance and status according to
standard reporting procedure
