Job Description:
* Candidate should have capability to manage large IP based PABX voice network on multiple location connected on site-to-site VPN.
* Has capability to manage asterisk for more than 500 concurrent calls with NO-COMPROMISE-ON-QUALITY.
* Responsible to monitor voice quality and their up gradation plans.
* Candidate Should have worked with TDM, FXO cards, Zapata/Zeptel (E1 PRI)
* Should have implementation experience on setting up Asterisk based dialers, IVRS, Conference solutions.
* E1(PRI/SS7) configuration, · Knowledge on SIP, ISDN, ISUP(SS7) protocols
* Sound practical expertise on Cisco 2800 series routers.
* Sound LINUX knowledge.
* Sound system hardware knowledge.
* Experience of Creating Dial Plan applications 8. Knowledge on setting & configuration of various communication cards.
* Should have practical experience to manage / develop Asterisk IP based servers on multiple locations on site-to-site VPN.
* Should have capability to manage work remotely on servers / routers.
* Asterisk fully expert can manage call dialing plan and policies, TDM card configuration and settings.
* Should have capability to develop and manage large voice networks on Asterisk IP based Server.
* Should have Cisco expertise and professional experiences to design voice network.
* Should have working experiences on site-to-site VPN for voice network using Cisco Routers and manageable switches & IP Phones.
* Should have practical experiences on voice quality monitoring tools and enhancements.
Skills Required:
* Candidate should have working experience of 1 to 4 years in the same industry.
* Candidate from IVRS, Voice Logger Industry will be preferred
* Candidate must have excellent communication skills
