Our company is looking for a Call Center Trainer.
*Experience: 1-2 Yrs.
*Job Location : Karachi
*Job responsibilities:
Should have a good command over spoken and written English.
- Should be able to mentor and monitor calls. ,
- Must have a zeal and passion for training - Excellent interpersonal skills are a must
- Should be able to handle Grammar, Soft skills, Accent Neutralization, Customer Service Modules
- Should be comfortable working late shifts Excellent Softskill, Communications skills(Voice & Email) to handle global customers
Ability to perform in adverse situations Ablity to develop modules for training

* Proven track record and understanding of Sales / CS campaigns and Call Center environment.
* Prior experience of training agents in a call center (minimum 1 year)
* Extensive communication and language skills
* Strong command over verbal and spoken English
* Good working exposure of Microsoft office and internet
* Good analysis skills
