* Conduct onsite and offsite trainings as and when required.
* Preparing training contents, module and other presentation required.
* Conducting training need assessments of concern staff to identify current training needs
Training of new hires before locating them into branches
Conducting timely follow-up training sessions of existing staff.
* Will be responsible to communicate all new policies, regulations and any changes in existing products and policies to staff.
Conducting post training evaluations.
Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
* Must hold Masters degree with excel computers skills
* Ability to communicate well with audience
* Ability to handle field staff.
* Experience preferred
