CDTC (Ceramics Development and Training Complex) has been established by TUSDEC (Technology Upgradation and Skill Development Company) in Pakistan\'s major sanitary ware cluster in and around Gujranwala. Products made by this cluster are known all over Pakistan and in the Middle East.
Major products include bathroom commodes, wash basins, pedestals, urinals, bath tubs and other items of daily use. There is a large potential for the sanitary ware industry to enhance its share in the local as well as the world trade. There was a clear need to establish a Ceramics complex equipped to upgrade the industry by providing a common facility centre to the cluster in terms of contemporary machinery to enhance productivity. The institute has been established to that response and the key success factor of the institute would be continual upgradation of facilities and skill.
