Bannu School of Sports is a non-governmental, non-political, non-profit making organization. This organization is registered under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 under registration no: 1692/5/3773.

BSS uses sport and play programs to improve health, develop life skills, and foster peace for children and communities in some of the most disadvantaged areas of Pakistan. Working in both the humanitarian and development context, BSS trains local community leaders as Coaches to deliver our programs in more than 4 locations of tribal belt of Pakistan affected by war, poverty, and Food crisis.

The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, guides our work. BSS programs target the most marginalized including girls, the disabled, children affected by HIV and AIDS, street children, former child combatants and IDP.

BSS is headquartered in Bannu, NWFP and has Resource Centers/Sub-Offices in Lakki, DIKhan, and ParaChinar.
