Job Description:
Required Telesales Agents who can speak fluent English.
Agents will be responsible for calling foreign customers for new sales promotions services related benefits, customer satisfaction surveys & after sales service etc.
Training will be given to selected candidates only. Vacancies available only for 10 candidate.
Responsibilities:
* Generating sales/leads
* Qualifying leads through cold calling
* Working in challenging atmosphere
* Competition between boys and girls
* Daily bonuses
* Agent of the Month Award
Skills Required:
* Fluency in written & spoken English language
* Good typing skills
* Capability to understand and follow the procedures and advise customers accordingly
* Patience and anger management skills
* Knowledge of the Program, Salesmanship, Use of Rebuttals, Script Flow.
* Ability to use Computer, CRM and Telephony hardware.
* Sales experience preferred, with demonstrated success in an inside sales role
