*         Reports and accountable to the Construction Build Manager

*         Supervises all civil works.

*         Ensure the construction standards.

*         Monitors and ensures compliance of quality control, health and safety standards on site

*         Shall ensure that all subordinate departmental staff adheres, at all times, to predetermined processes and best practices.

*         Coordinate with subcontractor for effective work

*         Any other duties as may be assigned by management from time to time and to work extended hours if required

• Manage inflow and outflow of all departmental processes in the required time frames
• Co-ordinate site surveys in line with customer and engineering requirements.
• To manage sub-contractors’ accounts which include issuing of the necessary site-build pack and validation of their invoices for payment.
• Co-ordinate the production of quotations to the customer(s) which triggers the release of Work Authorizations or Purchase Order.
• Manage the production of as-built documentation
• Manage sub-contractors’ accounts with a view to ensuring appropriate billing
• Advise Accounts Department on sub-contractors’ costs
• Provide information to the Warehouse on stock issues to sites
• Interface with the customer(s) with a view to getting feed-back on performance
• Preparation of Bids for new business
• Shall ensure that all subordinate departmental staff adhere, at all times, to predetermined processes and best practices 
• And any other job that may be assigned from time to time by the management and to work extended hours if required
• Controls all civil works teams and sub-contractors
• Implementation of Project Plan
• Monitors quality control, health and safety standards on site
• Continuous evaluation of existing and potential Sub Contractors
