Required Telephone Operator

Required female customer support representative who must love to do work , for customer care and grab new customers from market to improve market share of npmarketing.

Candidate should be aware of computer basic.

Good in dealing with people.

Has to deal with clients directly.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:-

Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face respond promptly to customer inquiries handle and resolve customer complaints

Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints

Perform customer verifications process orders, forms, applications and requests direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource manage customers' accounts

Keep records of customer interactions and transactions record details of inquiries, comments and complaints record details of actions taken

Manage administration communicate and coordinate with internal departments follow up on customer interactions

Office File work (Manual & Computer base)

1. Operatore and maintain the telephone exchange computerrized.

2. Interrupt busy lines if an emergency warrants.

3. Keep records of calls placed and received, and of related toll charges.

4. Listen to customer requests, referring to alphabetical or geographical directories to answer questions and provide telephone information.

1.To receive and log customer inquiries of DDFC products of all categories and immediately forward to concerned Lead BD Contact.

2.To receive and log customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.

3.To forward Customer Satisfaction Form, to relevant customer after 4 weeks of commissioning of the Job and collect back from the customer timely for further processing.

4.To organize/compile content for promotional material including brochures, banners, pamphlets and website information, market related information search on web.

5.To support B.D Engineers in preparation of Pre qualification documents.

6.To involve/support in preparation of PFR, tenders in process report and other tender related documents.

7.To coordinate with other departments regarding specific inquiries as per advice of Incharge B.D (North).
