Required  Assistant H.R Manager

* To administer over all recruitment and induction process, Meet the recruiting needs in terms of quality and numbers in a time conscious manner, Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions, Develop strategy for deploying effective media to attract the ideal candidate through online job portals and advertisements, Coordinate and administer employer branding activities i.e. Recruitment seminars, open house hiring, coordination with different institutions/universities to develop and maintain network, Build industry-academia relationship.

* Graduate preferably MBA 1+ year relevant experience in HR/Compliance Dept

* Required students who want to establish their career in HR, and are interested in intern ships or part time job in HR department. Individuals must be studying degree specialized in HR, career oriented &passionate to learn.

1. Maintaining Employee Files and Forms

2. Update Leaves and interview matrix

3. Follow ups of day to day activities

4. Managing databases of employees and scheduling of interviews

5. conducting conselling sessions for employees

6. Support HR manager in startegic decission making process

7. Keep track of scheduling of operational activities.

8. Maintaining and updating HR information system on daily basis.

9. Candidate should be respecting and dedicated.

* Managing Administrative team

* Providing assistance to the Manager Administration for smooth operations.

* Knowledge of dealing with office administrative matter i.e. general purchases, company asset maintenance, pool cars management and daily routine tasks/security issues.

* Individuals must be studying degree specialized in HR, career oriented &passionate to learn.

* Any other assignments given by management.

* Resposibile for the timely final settlements and resignations of employees.

Manage Managing Director schedules and maintain travel and logistic arrangements in a professional and responsible manner.

Compile, transcribe, minutes of the meetings held by Managing Director.

Prepare agendas and make arrangements for meetings.

Perform general office duties.

HR administrator or a human resource administrator is responsible for the overall administration of HR policies, employee benefits, and employee training programs.

Responsibilities of an HR administrator include responding to employee and management inquiries regarding HR policies framework, ensuring proper benefits administration, screening and interviewing applicants, conducting orientations during hiring or recruitment, taking care of human resources communications and employee relations.

HR assistants typically have a high school diploma or equivalent qualification in addition to specialized training in a relevant business field.

2 to 3 years of experience in HR or related fields is generally required to become an HR assistant.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; strong interpersonal skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills; and above average multitasking abilities are essential for HR assistant jobs.

Required Admin Manager for our poultry control house shed.

He will be asked to manage in-house workers and security staff.
