Capable to handle day to day Office affairs, including administration, workforce management public relations, interdepartmental coordination, security, housekeeping, asset management and dealing with government agencies.
Having sufficient command over MS Office, Excel, Power point- Should know the typical office work like filing etc.

Candidate having Knowledge of ISO will be given be given preference

 

Required HR Manager

 

* Manage and execute the recruitment/selection process of technical and non- technical positions.

* Manage the HR records and benefits administration activities.

* Develop HR related policies as and when required.

* Provide support to employees in understanding HR related policies and provide them with relevant guidelines.

* Manage and execute the annual staff evaluation and promotion / adjustment processes in line with Sakonent policy / standards.

* Coordinate and communicate with Sakonent Management in US.

* Develop guidelines, job specifications, job description and other reports as and when required.

* Ensure that the correct procedure is followed including the completion of check-out list and exit interviews for employees who have resigned or whose contracts have concluded.

* Issuance of different letters/memo as and when required.

* Any other task assigned by the IDC Manager.

Should be able to develope SOP`s / Vete/ prepare legal documents with supervision.
