1. Maintain clean, tidy & hygienic environment in office premises by supervising janitorial staff. He must visit all office areas during a day and ensure toilets are clean and necessary supplies are available such as toilet rolls, soap, clean towels, etc.

2. Provide hygienic drinks and balanced meals for staff and guests, within budget (as & when required).

3. Show good manners with staff and guests.

4. Distribute letters, memos, faxes and other documents.

5. Make photocopies ensuring safe keeping of original documents and handling photocopying machine carefully.

6. Assist in making arrangements for meetings, in-house workshops (i.e. arranging tables, chairs, boards etc and re-arranging after completion of event).

7. Attend visitors as and when required.

8. Answer the telephone and transfer calls or take messages, when receptionist is on leave or occupied.

9. Assist with other office related matters as directed.

10. Take care of kitchen related items as per inventory (i.e. utensils and pots) and report any defects or shortage immediately to immediate supervisor.

11. Ensure that necessary arrangements for tea & green tea shall be ready two times a day (before 10am and 4pm) or as and when required.

12. Ensure sufficient clean drinking water is available.

13. Bring / purchase office/kitchen related items from market after approval.

14. Maintain a hygienic kitchen and dining area environment at all times.

15. Undertake any other activity that contributes to the smooth running and development of the office e.g. minor repair / maintenance, purchase of stationery, office equipments etc.

16. This position holder is also responsible for outdoor bank related works e.g. submission & encashment of cheques, depositing of utility bills payment etc.

17. He is also responsible for documents filing & storage.

18. Schedules appointments, maintains conference room availability, and reserves and assigns motor vehicles and other equipment to staff (as and when required).

19. Handles and processes mail (as and when required).

20. Performs typing duties incidental to the work.

21. Upon request, summons emergency services such as police, fire, and ambulance for assistance.

22. Operates standard office equipment.

Required HSE Manager

An efficient HSE manager should be able to give resourceful advise that will reduce cost as well as bringing the level of accident to the bearest minimum.

HSE manager should also be able to Contribute to the development of new techniques and standards, design and structure in HSE program implementation.

Direct and guide employees based on general policies and management guidance and provide interpretation of compliance requirements.

Develop processes that require innovation and creativity.

Work without appreciable direction; utilize latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Manage HSE Program for multiple offices and project locations within a region.

Frequent travel to offices and projects throughout the area of responsibility is required, both scheduled and unscheduled.
