Merchandiser Responsibilities:-

3: Merchandiser is responsible from Taking order to final shipment of goods.
4: He should prepare floor plans to scale co-ordinate construction contractors for major floor changes unpack, sort and tag incoming merchandise for display monitor the condition of products on display oversee the general cleanliness of the store inside and out track rates of sale on the commodities they display. Visual merchandisers must be aware of the store\'s layout in intimate detail. Frequent shifts of large quantities of merchandise require merchandisers to be real problem solvers with the ability to anticipate customers\' needs.
5: Working Conditions Visual merchandisers ensure that stores present a strong corporate image those appeals to the store\'s target market. Due to constant changes in the retail and fashion market, they must work under tight deadlines.
6: Personal Characteristics Visual merchandisers need the following characteristics: artistic ability and imagination a keen sense of fashion and trends the ability to visualize three-dimensional settings good problem-solving abilities the ability to work independently and in a team environment confidence in their ideas combined with the flexibility required to accept other people\'s suggestions good communication skills.

Export Manager responsibility:-
1:The duties of the export manager is responsible for marketing, pricing, packaging, shipping, documentation, financing, and policies from different viewpoints.
An export manager should work closely to the purchasing department for ordering good quality and cheap products for exporting to the buyers from anywhere of this world.
The role of an export manager is necessary to deal with import and export duty taxes of local and foreign countries. He or she should familiar of material management of the company's owned warehouse or other companies as needed for logistic procedures. The shipment must be able to meet the deadline; otherwise compensation may cost the exporting company.
2: The role of an Export Manager is to liaise with distributors, customers, users and key contacts, and to keep abreast of developments and trends in marketplace and among competitors.
An Export Manager will support contract staff in negotiation for tenders and contracts, resolve problems that occur in marketplace, and develop profitable marketing strategies.
You are generally responsible for a specific geographic location, frequently specified by country or continent. Within the geographic area you are usually responsible for appointing / managing local distributors. This includes travel to the location, motivational support and potential financial support, training of personnel, negotiation of contracts, all against a backdrop of personal performance being measured in sales value / margin.
3: The role may also include feeding back on product development / packaging for the local market and the implementation of this.
