Job Description/
Responsibilities
One of the leading Companies in UAE is looking for Inventory Controllers / Business Analysts; with the following skill set:

* Highly computer literate and fully conversant with the principles of relational databases plus the use of MS Word, Excel & Access applications;

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills - capable of explaining procedures verbally or in writing;

* Previous experience in maintaining computer based inventory control and procurement applications in the retail industry would be an advantage;

* Ability to work with all levels of personnel including Ops Manager, Merchandising team, store managers, technical support, advisors, buyers, finance, etc.;

* Fulfill 'poweruser' role as expert Inventory user;

* Liaison with inventory controllers at sites and finance group to ensure data integrity & problem resolution.

* The person would be fully accountable for perpetual inventory activities at warehouse locations including resolutions of problems;

* Inventory review program execution; running regular 'canned' reports, review content distribute as required;

* Creation of ad hoc business objects reports & enquiries.

* He / she would also be the front line interface to users, respond to enquiries in a positive, professional, proactive and helpful manner;

* and would also confer regularly with users to determine process performance and suggest improvements.

* He/ she should also maintain all records, with accuracy and completeness, to ensure retrieval of all required information;

* Liaison with Group IT to ensure adequate hardware, software support and connectivity.
 
Candidate Requirement
 
Profile The ideal candidate would be a logical and analytical thinker who enjoys new chalenges; be a confident decision maker; highly computer literate fully conversant with MS Office packages; have strong interpersonal and communicaton skills; have a retail domain background; have the ability to work with all levels of personnel; high level of technical awareness; liaison with inventory controllers and finance group to ensure data integrity and problem resolution; experience in Navision / Great Plains would be an advantage.

Our client a leading retail conglomerate in UAE is recruiting a Senior Store Manager for their new Furniture Show Room in the prime location of Dubai. We are looking for you to make a major contribution to the development of our Client’s Retail Show Room Your Primary responsibilities will include managing the entire show room staff about 80 Nos. and retail sales and inventory. You will develop the retail show room standardization, excellent customer services, display of furniture and accessories in the right place very attractively and deal with walk in customer and institutional major clients. The ideal candidate has a formal qualification of any degree from a recognized university with good computer knowledge and hand on experience . Should have some exposure to any ERP or a good inventory/back office package. Senior level retail experience, preferably in furniture/accessories of at least 5 years. Hands-on worker with good product/supplier awareness. Excellent in oral and written communication. Smart, pleasing personality. Result-oriented, go-getter. Should work with a team and should be able to train and motivate staff under him. will be expected to lead a team of 80 staff. Salary negotiable for the right candidate from Dhs. 10, 000 to 15, 000.
