Soul Circles is a luxury brand retailer of modern furniture and we are recruiting a Sales Assistant for our Head Office & our other studios in Karachi.

 

You must have proven sales experience in a luxury brand retail environment and possess excellent communication skills, written and spoken.

The role involves dealing with and taking ownership of customer enquires both in the studio and over the telephone on product & pricing, processing orders and addressing customer needs.

 

You will be responsible for taking sales orders, preparation of quotes, checking delivery details, liaising with delivery teams and for ensuring associated administration is complete.

 

You must be a team player and support the other staff in the office.

To be successful you will need to have relevant experience within a furniture company or luxury brand, a high level of IT skills and a flexible approach to work.

 

This would be a full-time position.
